PEI Books Embraces Digital Distribution
Having converted about half of its backlist to eBooks, PEI Books has now invested in the Firsty D2C platform and ePub Direct’s eBook distribution in order to meet growing demand for its content in digital formats. PEI Books produces professional textbooks for practitioners in the private equity, private real estate, private debt, and infrastructure markets. With a limited audience for professional text books and a desire to double its turnover in two years, new product formats and distribution channels are key components to its growth strategy. By using Firsty’s D2C solution PEI will build and enhance it’s relationship with MBA and CPA students and with ePub Direct’s distribution it expects university, business, and law libraries to have better access to its content.
